By submitting an entry to the WDC awards program, you grant OPMG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted project name, images, descriptions, and professional credits for the purposes of promoting the WDC program, including but not limited to publication on our website, newsletters, social media channels, press releases, and through our media partners.

Entrants and selected entries may be featured in the WDC directory and editorial editions. If you wish to modify or withdraw your listing, please contact us at team@thewdcollection.com.

Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, and to resolve disputes. Submission data and entrant records may be retained indefinitely for archival, historical, and editorial reference purposes.
